随着我国各类高职院校的不断涌现,高职院校学生成为大学生群体中一个重要的组成部分,其心理发展特点和心理健康状况也日益引起教育界的关注。不少高职院校学生反映进入大学后,只有在课堂上才能与老师接触,普遍存在的厌学现象,其根本原因在于缺乏学习动机。因此,从高职学生年龄特征、学习过程及教育心理学出发,了解影响学生学习的诱因,有目的地对学生的学习进行调适、培养,实施有效的教育策略,使学生进行更有效地学习。
With the continuous emergence of various kinds of higher vocational colleges in our country, the students in higher vocational colleges have become an important part of college students. The psychological development and mental health are also increasingly aroused the concern of the educational circles. Many of the students in higher vocational colleges reflect that after entering the university, only in the classroom can they contact the teacher. The ubiquitous phenomenon of weariness is mainly due to the lack of motivation for learning. Therefore, starting from the characteristics of age, learning process and educational psychology of higher vocational students, we should understand the incentives that affect the students ’learning, purposefully adjust the students’ learning, cultivate and implement effective education strategies so that students can learn more effectively.
