为解决选煤厂转运站处粉尘污染严重的问题,采取袋式-微雾联合控尘方案.以平朔木瓜界选煤厂280转运站为例,应用气-液-固多相流理论,通过数值模拟的手段,对转运站粉尘逸散规律和微雾袋式联合控尘方案进行分析.研究结果表明:转运站导料槽喷尘是落料诱导风流造成的,消除诱导风流是选择除尘器的依据;机尾裸露皮带甩尘是黏附在皮带上的粉尘与风流的摩擦造成的,控制喷雾量是机尾微雾控尘的关键.将确定参数应用于现场,转运站降尘率高达95%以上.
In order to solve the problem of serious dust pollution at the transfer station of the coal preparation plant, a bag-micro mist control program was put forward.Using the 280 transfer station of the coal preparation plant in Pingshuo as an example, the gas-liquid-solid multiphase flow theory, By means of numerical simulation, the law of dust escape at the transfer station and the scheme of combined dust control with dust bag are analyzed.The results show that: the dust in the guide groove of the transfer station is caused by blanking induced draft and the induced draft is eliminated It is the key to control the spray volume to control the dust of the tail micro-mist.It will determine the parameters applied to the site, the dust transfer rate of the transfer station is as high as 95 %the above.
