本文研究了PP_(333)对苹果试管苗乙烯代谢的影响。试验结果表明,PP_(333)抑制内源乙烯的释放和ACC的合成,而使乙烯形成酶的活性略有增强。PP_(333)处理可以增加游离蛋氨酸的含量。近几年来的研究结果表明,PP_(333)对多种果树的生长,发育和果实的贮藏性等方面具有重要的影响,显示了在果树生产上的利用价值。在离体培养中,Snir(1988)发现,培养基中加入0.2—0.8PPm PP_(333)可显著地抑制新梢的生长,减少芽的数量;马锋旺等(1988)也报道了PP_(333)对苹果试管苗生根和移栽的效应。 PP_(333)是一种抑制赤霉素生物合成的植物生长延缓剂。对于PP_(333)对其它内源激素的影响目前研究较少。本试验利用苹果离体生根苗研究了PP_(333)对内源乙烯代谢的影响。
In this paper, the effects of PP_ (333) on ethylene metabolism in vitro of apple plantlets were studied. The results showed that PP 333 inhibited the release of endogenous ethylene and the synthesis of ACC while slightly increased the activity of ethylene-forming enzyme. PP_ (333) treatment can increase the free methionine content. In recent years, the results of the study show that PP 333 has a significant impact on the growth and development of many fruit trees and the storage of fruits, indicating the value of PP 333 in fruit tree production. In in vitro culture, Snir (1988) found that the addition of 0.2-0.8 PPM PP_ (333) to the medium significantly inhibited the shoot growth and the number of buds. Ma et al.
