教研组既是教师从事教学研究的组织,也是学校教研的主阵地,它对提高学校的科研水平、师生素质、教学质量有着举足轻重的作用。加强教研组建设是发展教学内涵、提高教师专业水平的重要途径,更是实施有效教研的主要方法。那么,如何组织与实施有效教研,促进课堂教学转型,激发教师教研活力是笔者一直以来思考的课题。一、悉心学习,构建学科教研组体系在教育改革和课程改革同时进行的大背景下,学校将教学研究活动的重心下移到教研组,以教师为主体,解决教 Teaching and research group is not only a teacher engaged in teaching and research organizations, but also the main school teaching and research, it is to improve the school’s scientific research, teacher-student quality, teaching plays a decisive role.
