“双师型”教师是高职院校的师资要求,“双师型”教师队伍建设是提升高职院校教育教学质量和实现人才培养目标的关键,也是高等职业教育发展面临的一项重要课题。但如何真正提高师资队伍建设水平,培养出真正意义上的“双师型”教师队伍难度非常大。文章以滨州职业学院为例,对高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设策略做初步探究,以指导其他高职院校开展此项工作。 “Double Teachers ” teachers are the teachers’ requirements of higher vocational colleges, “Double Teachers ” teachers is the key to improve the quality of education and teaching in higher vocational colleges and to achieve the goal of personnel training, but also facing the development of higher vocational education An important issue.
