磨溪气田是四川石油管理局“七五”后三年重点开发气田之一,搞好磨溪气田的整体开发对四川天然气产量增长,对四川省的经济建设意义很大。根据国家计委关于基本建设工程必须严格执行基本建设程序法,必须加强建设前期工程管理的规定,能源部石油天然气总公司规划设计总院技术咨询公司受总公司委托,派员来川,于1988年11月3日～7日在成都召开了磨溪气田地面建设工程项目评估会议。四川省计经委和四川石油局的主要领导,西南石油学院有关专家及四川石油局有关单位的工程技术干部参加了会议。 Moxi Gas Field is one of the key gas fields developed by Sichuan Petroleum Administration in the last three years of the “Seventh Five-Year Plan” period.
