目的:讨论川芎嗪对结肠癌多药耐药性基因表达的抑制。方法:实验组取60名结肠癌患者,给folfox6方案化疗4疗程,根治术前于川芎嗪100mg静点15天,对照组取60名结肠癌患者单纯folfox6方案化疗4疗程,术后取结肠癌标本用免疫组化法分别染色多药耐药相关蛋白Pgp,检测其表达。结果:实验组Pgp阳性率23.3%,对照组Pgp阳性率68.3%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:川芎嗪对结肠癌多药耐药性基因表达有抑制作用。
Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect of ligustrazine on multidrug resistance gene in colon cancer. Methods: The experimental group of 60 patients with colon cancer, folfox6 regimen of chemotherapy for 4 courses, preoperative ligation of ligustrazine 100mg static point for 15 days, the control group of 60 patients with follicular folfox6 regimen of chemotherapy for 4 courses, postoperative colon cancer The specimens were stained with immunohistochemistry for multidrug resistance-related protein Pgp to detect its expression. Results: The positive rate of Pgp in experiment group was 23.3%, the positive rate of Pgp in control group was 68.3%, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Tetramethylpyrazine can inhibit the expression of multidrug resistance gene in colon cancer.
