近些年来,随着时代经济的飞速发展以及科技的进步,国内企业发展的过程中,人力资源管理制度不可避免的存在一定的制度性缺陷,对于企业的经济发展以及人才的发展有着极其不影响作用。本研究首先分析企业人力资源管理中所存在的问题,并提出创新企业人力资源管理体制的相关措施及建议,以期能够不断完善企业人力资源管理模式。
In recent years, with the rapid economic development of the times and the progress of science and technology, there are inevitable institutional defects in the management of human resources in the course of the development of domestic enterprises and have very little impact on the economic development of enterprises and the development of qualified personnel effect. This study first analyzes the existing problems in the human resources management of enterprises and puts forward some measures and suggestions on how to innovate the human resources management system in order to constantly improve the human resources management mode of the enterprises.
