本文探讨了小波变换算法和数字水印技术的特点,提出利用小波变换的数字水印技术,在山东黄河数字档案系统管理进行实践应用,针对山东黄河电子档案安全级别要求,分析电子档案在机密性、完整性、不可抵赖性、有效性等安全需求,提出一种新安全体系结构,该技术的应用,为档案的安全保管和利用提供了先进的技术支撑,极大地推动了山东黄河数字档案的发展进程。
In this paper, the characteristics of wavelet transform algorithm and digital watermarking technology are discussed. The digital watermarking technology based on wavelet transform is put forward. The application of digital file system management in Shandong Yellow River is put forward. According to the requirements of security level of electronic file in Yellow River of Shandong Province, Security, non-repudiation and effectiveness, a new security architecture was proposed. The application of this technology provided advanced technical support for the safekeeping and utilization of files and greatly promoted the development process of the digital files of the Yellow River in Shandong .
