自从参加工作以来,我的教学生涯全部在太行山区的一所初级中学度过。工作二十年来,我尽心尽力地送走了一批又一批的学生,与我同科的教师也可谓“兢兢业业”。然而,一大部分教师却逃不脱农村英语教学中这样一个“怪圈”:
