本文综述上海药物研究所近十年来对节育植物活性成分的研究。其中包括从瑞香科植物芫花、黄瑞香及唐古特瑞香中分出的引产有效成分—八个芫花酯甲类新化合物;从常用中药土槿皮中分出的动物抗早孕有效成分土槿皮乙酸及其类似物和从栀子花中分出的大鼠抗早孕有效成分栀子酸与栀子花乙酸等。综述了这三类新化合物的化学与药理研究。
This article summarizes the studies on the active ingredients of the nourishing plant in Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica for the past ten years. Including the new active compounds of the inducing effects from the plants of Sinhua, Huang Ruixiang and T. turcifolia, the eight new compounds of saponin A; the effective components of animal resistance to early pregnancy from the commonly used S. chinensis skin The acetic acid and its analogues and the rat anti-early pregnancy active constituents such as cineric acid and gardenia acetic acid were separated from the gardenia flower. The chemical and pharmacological studies of these three new compounds are reviewed.
