针对目前钻井系统钻探能力较低的问题,通过对钻井过程的分析,采用参数化建模的方法,对钻机顶驱减速箱进行详细的结构设计,并对其进行了齿轮啮合力的分析.基于Hertz理论建立斜齿轮的接触力仿真参数,建立齿轮接触模型,运用ADAMS软件进行运动学仿真,得出齿轮啮合力的时域和频域曲线.通过设计与分析,所建立的虚拟样机符合设计要求,节约钻井时间,并为中国深部探测技术的研究提供了技术参考.
Aiming at the problem of low drilling capacity of drilling system at present, through detailed analysis of drilling process and parametric modeling method, the detailed structure design of top drive gear box of drilling rig is carried out and the gear meshing force is analyzed. Hertz theory was used to establish the contact force simulation parameters of helical gears, and the gear contact model was established. The ADAMS software was used to simulate the kinematics and the time and frequency curves of gear meshing force were obtained. The design and analysis of the virtual prototyping meet the design requirements , Save drilling time, and provide a technical reference for the research of deep exploration technology in China.
