电控双阀喷油系统多次喷射过程中预喷控制参数直接影响系统在主喷射过程中的喷油量特性.为研究全工况范围内预喷控制参数对主喷油量的影响规律及成因机理,利用AMESim数值模型,揭示了电控双阀喷油系统在不同控制模式下,预喷控制参数对主喷油量的影响规律.结果得出在SCV控制模式下,随着预主喷间隔的增加,主喷油量先减小后逐渐趋于稳定.而在NCV控制模式下,随着预主喷间隔的增加,主喷油量逐渐增大,主喷油量在高转速、大主喷脉宽时变化显著.2种模式下预喷脉宽对主喷油量的影响都不明显,随预喷脉宽的变化主喷油量变化范围为1 mm3.
