提出了运用数字控制方法直接控制半导体激光器的结压降来实现稳定半导体激光器输出光频的新方法，推导了原理公式，并给出了实验方案和结果，分析了影响实验结果的因素。
A new method to stabilize the output optical frequency of the semiconductor laser by controlling the junction pressure drop of the semiconductor laser directly by digital control is proposed. The principle formula is deduced. The experimental scheme and result are given, and the factors affecting the experimental result are analyzed.
