本文详细地论述了来自焊机系统内部和外部的各种电气干扰,并在电路设计、PCB制板及程序编制的过程中采取了相应的措施,其中在硬件抗干扰方面阐述了焊机主机箱的抗干扰、单片机最小系统的抗干扰、电源抗干扰和PCB抗干扰等措施,在软件抗干扰方面给出了软件冗余技术、软件陷阱技术、数字滤波和“看门狗”技术等。实践证明这些抗干扰措施有效地解决了焊机控制系统的干扰问题。
This paper discusses in detail all kinds of electrical interference from the inside and outside of the welding machine system, and takes corresponding measures in the process of circuit design, PCB fabrication and programming, including the hardware anti-interference aspects of the main machine box Anti-jamming, SCM minimum system anti-jamming, power supply interference and PCB anti-jamming measures, such as software redundancy technology, software trap technology, digital filtering and “watchdog ” technology . Practice has proved that these anti-jamming measures effectively solves the welding machine control system interference problems.
