红水河特大桥是湘桂铁路扩改工程的关键性控制工程。其连续梁主墩位于裸岩上,桩基所处岩层裂隙发育,施工难度大。通过水下静力爆破配合液压锤凿除基岩、浇筑水下混凝土、采用三面单壁钢围堰和岩石围堰相结合的方法解决了深水裸岩基础施工的难题。其双液注浆处理岩溶裂隙、临近既有铁路静力爆破等多项技术均取得良好效果。
Hongshuihe Bridge is Xiang-Gui Railway expansion project is a key control project. The continuous beam main piers are located on the bare rock, and the rockfill cracks in the pile foundation are developed, which makes the construction difficult. By underwater static explosion with hydraulic hammer chiseling in addition to bedrock, pouring underwater concrete, the use of three single-wall steel cofferdam and rock cofferdam combination method to solve the problem of deep-water bare rock foundation construction. Its double grouting treatment of karst fractures, near the existing railway static blasting and many other technologies have achieved good results.
