本文在西安消防通信指挥系统建设的实践基础上,从计算机辅助决策系统支持下的方案派车基础出发,研究了计算机辅助决策系统研发的基本思路和基本框架。在灾害现场,信息的严重过载和系统控制的复杂性往往超过指挥员的控制能力,因此计算机辅助决策系统也应适应变化的形势,对灾害处置全程进行监控,充分利用灾害现场采集的信息,利用计算数学等方法对灾害事故进行迅速有效的决策和控制,提出了建立理想的数学模型,利用诸如离散数学,模糊数学以及非自主有色 Petri 网方法是解决计算机辅助决策系统中关键问题的有效途径。
Based on the practice of Xi'an Fire Communication Command System construction, this paper starts from the basis of the program dispatch and vehicle support under the support of computer-aided decision-making system, and researches the basic train of thought and basic framework of computer aided decision-making system. At the disaster site, the serious overload of information and the complexity of system control often exceed the control ability of commanders. Therefore, the computer-aided decision-making system should also adapt to the changing situation and monitor the whole process of disaster disposition, make full use of the information collected in the disaster site, Computational mathematics and other methods to make quick and effective decision-making and control of disaster accidents. It is put forward to establish an ideal mathematical model. It is an effective way to solve key problems in computer-aided decision-making system by using such methods as discrete mathematics, fuzzy mathematics and non-autonomous colored Petri net.
