目的本实验旨在研究经过长期坚持有氧健身舞锻炼,对中老年妇女血液流变学指标是否具有良性改善作用。方法随机抽取符合试验要求的中老年妇女60名为研究对象,对其实施56周的有氧健身舞锻炼,每周3~5次,每次持续30~50 min。运动时使心率保持在本人最大心率的60%~85%之间。采用自身前后对照法分析有氧健身舞锻炼对中老年妇女血液流变学等指标的影响。结果有氧健身舞锻炼后,试验者的血液流变学等指标发生了良性变化。其中全血黏度(200s-1、30s-1、5s-1)、全血还原黏度、红细胞刚性指数锻炼后较锻炼前有差异有统计学意义;红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数差异也有统计学意义,血浆黏度、红细胞沉降率等也有一定程度改善,但无统计学意义。结论适宜的有氧健身舞锻炼在改善中老年妇女的血液流变状态和预防心血管疾病等方面具有积极意义。
Objective The purpose of this experiment is to study whether long-term adherence to aerobic fitness dance exercises can improve the blood rheology of middle-aged and elderly women. Methods A total of 60 middle-aged and elderly women, who were eligible for the test, were randomly selected as the study subjects. Conclusion Appropriate aerobic fitness dance exercise in improving the elderly rheumatoid rhegmatogenous status and prevention of cardiovascular disease has a positive meaning.
