目的 :观察老头草水提液的利尿作用及急性毒性。方法 :以大鼠代谢笼法 ,观察老头草水提液对尿量及Na+ 、K+ 、Cl- 含量的影响。结果 :老头草水提液两剂量组具有明显的利尿作用。给药第 5天达高峰 ,且作用强度与氢氯噻嗪 (40mg/kg)相近。给药第 5天 ,药后 1小时达最大利尿强度 ,药后 2小时利尿作用与氢氯噻嗪相近 ,药后 3~ 5小时利尿作用弱于氢氯噻嗪。此外 ,老头草提取液可增加Na+ 、K+ 、Cl- 含量。结论 :老头草水提液具有明显的利尿作用 ,作用强度与氢氯噻嗪相似
Objective: To observe the diuretic effect and acute toxicity of the old mangosteen water extract. METHODS: Rats were used to observe the effects of the extracts of Lao-Tou Cao on the urine volume and Na+, K+ and Cl- contents in rat cages. Results : The diuretic effect of the two doses of old mangosteen water extracts was obvious. The peak was reached on the fifth day after administration and the effect was similar to that of hydrochlorothiazide (40 mg/kg). On the fifth day after administration, the maximum diuretic intensity was reached 1 hour after the drug. The diuretic effect was similar to that of hydrochlorothiazide 2 hours after the drug, and the diuretic effect was weaker than hydrochlorothiazide after 3 to 5 hours. In addition, the old mango grass extract can increase the Na+, K+, and Cl- contents. Conclusion : The old mangosteen water extract has obvious diuretic effect and its effect strength is similar to hydrochlorothiazide
