目的观察生物膜清洗剂与全效酶对腰椎穿刺针的清洗效果,提高清洗质量。方法将临床使用后污染的腰椎穿刺针,随机分为实验组与对照组,实验组采用预洗+生物膜清洗剂浸泡+手工刷洗+高压水枪冲洗+生物膜清洗剂超声清洗+手工刷洗+高压水枪+高压气枪+机洗;对照组将生物膜清洗剂更换为全效酶清洗剂,清洗步骤相同。用三种监测方法对两组腰椎穿刺针的清洗质量进行比较。结果目测+10倍带光源放大镜检查,实验组合格率99.2%,对照组合格率92.4%;潜血试验检测,实验组合格率98.4%,对照组合格率89.6%;ATP生物荧光检测实验组合格率98.0%,对照组合格率91.2%。结论使用生物膜清洗剂能提高腰椎穿刺针的清洗效果。
Objective To observe the cleaning effect of biofilm cleaning agent and full-effect enzyme on lumbar puncture needle and improve the cleaning quality. Methods The contaminated lumbar puncture needle after clinical use was randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was treated with pre-wash + biomembrane cleaning agent immersion + manual brushing + high pressure water gun rinse + biofilm cleaning agent ultrasonic cleaning + manual scrubbing + high pressure Water gun + air gun + machine wash; the control group will replace the biofilm detergent for the full-effect enzyme cleaning agent, the same cleaning steps. Three monitoring methods were used to compare the cleaning quality of the two groups of lumbar puncture needles. The results of visual inspection +10 times with a light source magnifier examination, the experimental group pass rate of 99.2%, the control group pass rate of 92.4%; occult blood test, the experimental group pass rate of 98.4%, control group pass rate of 89.6%; ATP biofluorescence test pass rate 98.0%, the control group pass rate of 91.2%. Conclusion The use of biofilm cleaning agent can improve the cleaning effect of lumbar puncture needle.
