为了对卫星的飞行姿态进行准确的控制,需要一个三轴稳定系统。反作用飞轮轴承是系统中的核心问题之一。 文中就该类轴承的设计原则、润滑机理、性能及寿命的计算方法进行了阐述,而且对固体自润滑轴承的使用寿命、基体金属疲劳剥落寿命和润滑寿命提出了新见解。 本文的设计原理及计算方法,适用于其它高温高真空轴承。
In order to accurately control the flight attitude of the satellite, a three-axis stabilization system is required. Reaction flywheel bearings are one of the core issues in the system. In this paper, the design principles, lubrication mechanism, performance and life calculation method of this kind of bearing are expounded, and new opinions on the service life of solid self-lubricating bearings, the fatigue life of base metal and the lubrication life are put forward. This design principle and calculation method, suitable for other high temperature and high vacuum bearings.
