目的检测Glypican-3和Glypican-6在巨大儿胎盘组织中表达,探讨其与巨大儿发病的关系。方法采集216例正常新生儿胎盘组织,153例巨大儿胎盘组织作为研究对象,采用RT-PCR和Western Blot方法,分别从mRNA水平和蛋白水平检测Glypican-3和Glypican-6的表达,统计学分析差异。结果 Glypican-3无论在mRNA水平还是蛋白水平,巨大儿组都稍低于正常新生儿组,两组差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Glypican-6在两组间无统计学差异。结论胎盘组织中Glypican-3水平的变化可能与巨大儿的发生有关。
Objective To detect the expression of Glypican-3 and Glypican-6 in macrophage placenta and explore the relationship between Glypican-3 and Glypican-6 in the pathogenesis of macrosomia. Methods Two hundred and sixteen normal neonatal placentas and 153 giant macrophages were collected for the study. Glypican-3 and Glypican-6 were detected by RT-PCR and Western Blot respectively. The expressions of Glypican-3 and Glypican-6 were detected by statistical analysis difference. Results Glypican-3 showed a slightly lower level of mRNA and protein than that of normal neonates. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Glypican-6 was not statistically different between the two groups. Conclusion The changes of Glypican-3 level in placenta may be related to the occurrence of macrosomia.
