透水性混凝土配合比试验探讨

文章结合近年的工作经验以及对相关资料的查阅,根据现有实验室条件,运用相似原理和正交实验原理对C15透水性凝土的配合比进行试验方法研究,以满足混凝土强度和透水性要求。本实验采用3因素3水平均值相似正交法对水灰比、骨灰比、骨料粒径对混凝土空隙率、透水率和抗压强度影响进行研究,根据透水性混凝土性能要求确定试配强度、水泥用量、水灰比、粗集料用量等因素。根据所建立的正交试验表,方差分析和线性回归分析确定最优配合比和各因素显著性的方法。结果表明,此研究方法在分析不同因素、基于不同性质和目的的透水性混凝土配合比的设计等方面都以实用。 In this paper, combined with recent years of work experience and access to relevant information, according to the existing laboratory conditions, the use of similar principles and orthogonal experimental principle of C15 percolation concrete mixing ratio test method to meet the requirements of concrete strength and water permeability . In this study, the influence of water-cement ratio, cement ratio and aggregate size on the void ratio, water permeability and compressive strength of concrete were studied by 3-factor-3 horizontal average similarity orthogonal method. According to the performance requirements of pervious concrete, Cement consumption, water-cement ratio, the amount of coarse aggregate and other factors. According to the established orthogonal test table, analysis of variance and linear regression analysis to determine the optimal mixture ratio and the significance of each factor. The results show that this method is practical in the analysis of different factors, the design of the mix proportion of water-permeable concrete based on different properties and purposes.
