1 前言 钢管的纵向拉力试验(以下简称拉力试验)是几个主要钢管标准要求的必检项目,多年的实际工作使我们感到,各标准规定的抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率对生产厂家制约的程度并不相同,一些指标易于满足,而另一些指标则过于严格,往往对生产工艺和成本起限制作用。我们以20钢生产的部分规格为例,对钢管标准中力学性能的适用性进行探讨。 1 Introduction The longitudinal tensile test of steel pipe (hereinafter referred to as the tensile test) is required by several major steel pipe standard inspection items, many years of practical work makes us feel that the standards specified by the tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of the manufacturer constraints Are not the same, some indicators are easy to meet, while others are too restrictive and tend to limit production processes and costs.
