随着我国汽轮机和燃气轮机生产的迅速发展,对于叶片制造的技术要求越来越高.而我厂叶片毛坯的模锻生产,尚属开始阶段,在尺寸精度和表面光洁度等方面都较差.车间广大工人遵照伟大领袖毛主席关于“中国人民有志气,有能力,一定要在不远的将来,赶上和超过世界先进水平”的教导,针对差距,决心将叶片生产水平提高一步,选择了燃气轮机压气机静叶片作为提高叶片精度的试验项目. 精锻叶片工艺除了要求原材料表面光洁、模膛尺寸准确、理想的润滑和具有足够吨位的锻压设备以外,主要的关键还在于无氧化加热.针对这些问题,我们做了一些试验,并生产了
