一、前言有关测定微量氮,前人已做过不少工作。在无机化合物中氮的测定有苯酚次氯酸钠比色法,奈氏勒试剂比色法以及同位素稀释法等。在有机化合物中氮的测定通常用杜马法、硫酸消化法(基耶达法)等。我们采用了氢气做还原剂,使含有硝基、亚硝基、硝酸酯等化合物中的氮还原成氨基化合物,然后用硫酸消化法在催化剂存在下,使氨基化合物消化成铵盐,最后在碱性溶液中进行蒸馏,收集冷凝液后再用奈氏勒试剂比色测定氮。各步原理如下:
