目的采用HPLC法同时测定白香丹胶囊中芍药苷、丹皮酚和α-香附酮的含量。方法采用Lichrospher C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 m L·min-1,检测波长230(芍药苷)、274(丹皮酚)、254(α-香附酮)nm。结果芍药苷、丹皮酚和α-香附酮的线性范围分别为7.740~123.8、3.776~60.42、0.6881~11.01μg·m L-1,r均为0.9999;加样回收率分别为99.77%、100.76%、99.79%(n=6)。结论所用方法灵敏简便、准确度高,适用于同时测定白香丹胶囊中芍药苷、丹皮酚和α-香附酮的含量。
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of paeoniflorin, paeonol and alpha-ketones in Bai Xiang Dan capsules by HPLC simultaneously. Methods The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Lichrospher C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), acetonitrile-water gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 m L · min- , 254 (α-ketones) nm. Results The linear ranges of paeoniflorin, paeonol and α-ketoconazole were 7.740 ~ 123.8, 3.776 ~ 60.42 and 0.6881 ~ 11.01 μg · m L-1, respectively, and r were 0.9999. The recoveries of paeoniflorin, paeonol and α- 100.76%, 99.79% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is sensitive, simple and accurate. It is suitable for the simultaneous determination of paeoniflorin, paeonol and α-ketoconazole in Bai Xiang Dan capsules.
