对低合金钢基体化学沉积镍磷镀层的微动磨损特性进行了研究。根据摩擦系数、磨损量的变化规律和磨损表面形貌特征,讨论了镀层微动磨损机理及热处理对微动磨损性能的影响。室温、大气条件下的试验结果表明:热处理只影响磨损的程度,不能改变磨损的机理;镀层厚度25μm,经350℃×2h回火,可具有较好的耐微动磨损性能。
The fretting wear characteristics of electroless Ni-P electroless plating on low alloy steel substrates were studied. The mechanism of fretting wear and the effect of heat treatment on the fretting wear properties are discussed based on the friction coefficient, the variation rule of wear amount and the morphology of wear surface. The experimental results at room temperature and atmospheric conditions show that the heat treatment only affects the degree of wear, and can not change the mechanism of wear. The coating thickness of 25μm, after being tempered at 350 ℃ × 2h, has good fretting wear resistance.
