力矩限制器是大、中型轮式起重机的重要安全保护装置。国外自六十年代开始使用以来,经过二十年的变迁,从机械式、液压式、电子模拟式已发展到采用微型计算机技术的电子数控式。国内近几年在这方面的研制也取得了很大的进展。为了适应各类国产轮式起重机的不同要求,本文试从浅谈LXI-16力限器引伸出另几种设计方案。由于力限器的核心是起重特性曲线的模拟(函数发生器),本文将注重于这方面的分析。
Torque limiters are important safety devices for large and medium-sized wheeled cranes. Since the beginning of 1960’s, foreign countries have developed into electronic numerical control (NC) using micro-computer technology after twenty years of change from mechanical, hydraulic and electronic analogue. In recent years, domestic research and development in this area have also made great progress. In order to meet the different requirements of all kinds of domestic wheeled cranes, this article try to talk about the LXI-16 force limiter extension of several other designs. Since the core of the force limiter is the simulation of the lift characteristic (function generator), this article will focus on this analysis.
