给出了网络管理体系结构的定义及其要研究的问题，在TMN逻辑分层体系结构的基础上，提出网络管理体系结构立体模型并具体研究了它在基于ATM网络的VPN业务管理中的应用。
The definition of network management architecture and its problems to be studied are given. Based on the logical hierarchical architecture of TMN, a three-dimensional model of network management architecture is proposed and its application in VPN business management based on ATM network is specifically studied .
