目的:研究食管癌组织中不同类型热休克蛋白(HSPs)的表达,并探讨其与食管癌的发生、发展及生物学行为的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学SABC法,观察51例食管癌组织和10例切缘食管粘膜中HSP25、HSP60、HSP70蛋白的表达,并比较其阳性率。结果:癌旁食管粘膜和癌组织中HSP25、HSP60和HSP70蛋白的阳性率分别为500%、923%、615%和118%、941%、608%;仅HSP70的阳性表达率与食管癌的分化程度有关(P<005),各型HSPs的表达与食管癌的淋巴结转移无关(P>005)。结论:提示某些类型的热休克蛋白可在癌旁食管粘膜和癌组织过量表达,其中HSP70还与食管癌的分化有关。
Objective: To study the expression of different types of heat shock proteins (HSPs) in esophageal cancer tissues and to explore their relationship with the occurrence, development and biological behavior of esophageal cancer. Methods: The expression of HSP25, HSP60 and HSP70 proteins in esophageal mucosa of 51 cases of esophageal cancer and 10 cases of marginal margin were observed by immunohistochemical SABC method. The positive rate was compared. RESULTS: The positive rates of HSP25, HSP60 and HSP70 protein in the para-cancer mucosa and cancer tissues were 50.0%, 92.4%, 61.5%, and 11.8%, 94.1%, and 60.8%, respectively. Only the positive expression rate of HSP70 was related to the degree of differentiation of esophageal cancer (P<005), and the expression of various types of HSPs was not related to the lymph node metastasis of esophageal cancer (P>005). Conclusion: It is suggested that certain types of heat shock proteins can be over-expressed in para-cancer mucosa and cancer tissues, and HSP70 is also involved in the differentiation of esophageal cancer.
