基于CATIA平台下的CAA技术,开发了用于汽车覆盖件模具的快速管路设计系统。提出了基于坐标转换的直角化布线算法,可以在节省布线时间的同时保证管路布置的美观性和合理性;通过智能化布线与人工交互相结合的方式,应用孔内特征自动提取、自由点避障、布线优化等技术,有效减少管路设计中的重复性工作,将工程师从繁杂的建模任务中解放出来。系统还集成了标准件的快速调入、位置调整和BOM属性添加等工具,利用CATIA的参数化功能,确保设计的规范性和一致性,减少设计的错误率,有效提高设计效率。
Based on the CAA technology under the CATIA platform, a rapid pipeline design system for automotive panel molds has been developed. The alignment algorithm based on coordinate transformation is proposed. It can save the wiring time and ensure the aesthetics and rationality of the pipeline layout. Through the combination of intelligent wiring and manual interaction, Obstacle avoidance, cabling optimization and other technologies to effectively reduce the duplication of work in the pipeline design, engineers from the complex task of modeling liberated.
