目的:探讨层流洁净手术室的空气质量与切口感染率的相关性。方法:以2004年1月—2004年10月在舟山医院普通手术室行手术治疗的1 770例手术患者(设为对照组)以及2016年1月—2016年10月在洁净手术室行手术治疗的894例手术患者(设为观察组)为研究对象。采用回顾性研究和现场临床观察方法,分析和比较两组患者术后切口感染的发生情况。结果:对照组的切口感染率为1.36%,观察组的切口感染率为0.78%,观察组手术切口感染率明显低于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。另外,观察组中Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类手术切口感染率均明显低于对照组,两组比较均具有显著性差异(P<0.05),而两组在Ⅲ类手术切口感染率方面无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:与普通手术室相比,洁净手术室可以明显降低I、Ⅱ类手术切口感染率。因此,推荐手术室中采取层流空气净化系统。
Objective: To study the correlation between the air quality and the incision infection rate in laminar flow clean operating room. Methods: A total of 1 770 surgical patients undergoing surgery in the general operating room of Zhoushan Hospital from January 2004 to October 2004 were enrolled as control group, and January 2016-October 2016 underwent surgical operation in clean operating room Of 894 cases of surgical patients (set as the observation group) as the research object. The retrospective study and field clinical observation methods were used to analyze and compare the incidence of incision infection in the two groups. Results: The incision infection rate was 1.36% in the control group, and the incision infection rate in the observation group was 0.78%. The incision infection rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). In addition, the infection rates of type I and type II surgical incisions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05), while there was no significant difference in the infection rate (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Compared with the common operating room, clean operating room can significantly reduce the infection rate of type I and II surgical incisions. Therefore, it is recommended to adopt a laminar air purification system in the operating room.
