目的研究小叶忍冬Lonicera microphylla藤的化学成分。方法应用硅胶柱色谱及反复重结晶分离小叶忍冬藤的化学成分,通过现代波谱技术鉴定化合物的化学结构。结果从小叶忍冬藤中分离鉴定了11个化合物,其中8个黄酮类化合物,3个甾体类化合物,分别鉴定为木犀草素(1)、香叶木素(2)、圣草酚(3)、金圣草黄素(4)、芹菜素(5)、罗汉松双黄酮A(6)、柏木双黄酮(7)、香叶木素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8)、β-谷甾醇(9)、(24S)-3β,5α,6β-豆甾烷-三醇(10)、(22E,24R)麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(11)。结论所有化合物均为首次从小叶忍冬中分离得到,其中化合物6、10、11为首次从忍冬属中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of Lonicera microphylla. Methods The chemical constituents of Lonicera japonica Thunb were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and repeated recrystallization. The chemical structure of the compounds was identified by modern spectroscopy. Results Eleven compounds, eight flavonoids and three steroidal compounds, were isolated and identified from Lonicera japonica Thunb. The compounds were identified as luteolin (1), geraniol (2), eriodictyol (3) (4), apigenin (5), Podocarbox A (6), cypressin (7), and geraniol -7-O-β-D-glucoside β-sitosterol (9), (24S) -3β, 5α, 6β-stigtanetriol (10), (22E, 24R) ergostat-7,22-diene-3β, 5α, 6β-tris Alcohol (11). Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from Lonicera japonica for the first time, and compounds 6, 10 and 11 were isolated from Lonicera for the first time.
