射阳纺织厂是一个有3000多名职工的全民所有制企业,他们在转换经营机制、实行三项制度改革中,坚持“软着陆”,把思想政治工作贯穿始终,收到较好效果。四百封信求支持转换经营机制,进行三项制度改革,必然触及职工的切身利益。为了做好启发引导工作,这个厂党委在改革方案出台前,向有关职工家庭和单位发出400多封“公开信”,说明厂里改革的必要性,以及改革的基本路数,以求得广大职工的理解和支持。
