对恒温热处理后的 NaCl-CaCl_2样品进行差热分析、室温和高温 X 射线粉末照相,并对恒温热处理快速淬火后样品进行了 X 射线衍射结构分析。实验证明了 NaCl-CaCl_2二元体系不存在包晶反应所形成的化合物4NaCl·CaCl_2,属共晶体系,共晶温度为773K,共晶组成为49mol%NaCl、5lmol%CaCl_2;在 NaCl 一侧有固溶体存在;在共晶温度处的固溶度约为18mol%CaCl_2。该二元系的实验测定结果与理论计算结果吻合也很好。
Differential thermal analysis (TGA), differential scanning calorimetry (XRD) and high temperature X-ray powder photography were performed on NaCl-CaCl 2 samples after constant temperature heat treatment. X-ray diffraction analysis was performed on the samples after quenching by constant temperature heat treatment. The experiment shows that there is no 4NaCl · CaCl 2 compound in the binary system of NaCl-CaCl 2 formed by peritectic reaction, which belongs to the eutectic system. The eutectic temperature is 773K, the eutectic composition is 49mol% NaCl and 5lmol% CaCl 2. The solid solution exists; the solubility at eutectic temperature is about 18 mol% CaCl 2. The experimental results of the binary system agree well with the theoretical results.
