目的:研究农药百草枯多途径给药造昆明种小鼠帕金森病的模型。方法:将小鼠分成5组,除空白对照组外,其余按照灌胃和腹腔注射两种不同途径给予百草枯,并伴或不伴秋水仙碱灌胃制造小鼠帕金森病模型。结果:灌胃比不灌秋水仙碱的模型行为学改变明显,死亡率低,且脑病理改变突出,模型更易成功。结论:采用腹腔注射百草枯加灌胃秋水仙碱的方法致昆明种小鼠帕金森病模型,方法可靠,成功率高,可操作性强,是研制帕金森病动物模型新的有效方法。
Objective: To study the model of Parkinson’s disease induced by paraquat pesticides in Kunming mice. Methods: The mice were divided into five groups. Except for the blank control group, mice were given paraquat by gavage and intraperitoneal injection in two different ways, with and without colchicine to produce mice model of Parkinson’s disease. Results: Compared with non-administration of colchicine, the model had obvious behavioral changes, with low mortality and prominent pathological changes. The model was more successful. Conclusion: The method of intraperitoneal injection of paraquat and gavage of colchicine induces Parkinson ’s disease model in Kunming mice. The method is reliable, successful and highly operable. It is a new and effective method for the development of animal model of Parkinson’ s disease.
