目前开发的油、气田都采用自动化控制系统。采用自动化的主要目的是减少操作成本。实现自动控制的油田的人员费用比常规作业的油田要低。同时,提高工艺的可靠性及安全性是至关重要的,而智能控制系统可保证安全地操作。遥控监测系统可以迅速对工艺流程的异常状态进行调整。老油田及低产油田,即经济上称作边际油田,由于诸多原因对其实行自动化似乎并不经济。因为自动化要求投资高,而老油田或小油田的储量不足,不能保证应得的经济回报。文章通过事实说明,在边际油田采用自动化是成功的,它可以减少设备故障,降低生产成本,减少操作人员,从而提高边际油田的效益。
Currently developed oil and gas fields are using automatic control system. The main purpose of automation is to reduce operating costs. The cost of personnel in field-controlled oilfields is lower than that of conventional operations. At the same time, it is crucial to increase the reliability and safety of the process, while the intelligent control system ensures safe operation. Remote monitoring system can quickly adjust the abnormal status of the process. Old and low-yielding fields, economically called marginal fields, seem to be uneconomical to automate for many reasons. Because automation requires high investment, while the reserves of old or small oilfields are not sufficient, the economic returns due should not be guaranteed. The article shows that the adoption of automation in the marginal field is a success. It can reduce the cost of equipment, reduce production costs and reduce the number of operators, thereby increasing the profitability of marginal oil fields.
