离子选择性场效应晶体管作为一种新型的化学传感器,面对目前向信息社会转变的历史潮流及信息技术对信息采集、传输及处理的需要,在国内外日益得到愈来愈多的重视及发展。众所周知,在我们研究ISFET的过程中,以及ISFET的应用领域已不再局限于仅仅能对离子有响应,而对分子、大分子、甚至对生物物质有响应,而被称作Chem FET及BioFET。本文将综述近年来国内外在以场效应晶体管为基础的化学传感器的发展。
As a new type of chemical sensor, ion selective field-effect transistor has been receiving more and more attention and development both at home and abroad in the face of the current trend of transition to the information society and the need for information acquisition, transmission and processing by information technology . It is well-known that ChemFETs and BioFETs are used in the study of ISFETs and in the fields of application of ISFETs that are no longer limited to responding to ions but reacting to molecules, macromolecules and even to biological substances. This article reviews the recent developments in field-transistor-based chemical sensors both in China and abroad.
