自二十世纪八十年代以来,随着我国改革开放工作的不断进展,各个企业内部的改革也在不断深入,尤其是在对企业政工干部队伍的建设方面。然而,随着我国当今十二五规划的继续进行和十八届三中全会提出了新时代情况下的一系列全方位的改革措施,这对企业政工干部队伍建设提出了更高的要求。因为,企业的政工干部队伍是企业的核心力量,直接影响着企业的政治思想工作的进行,从而影响着企业的经济发展。如果企业拥有一支优秀的企业政工干部队伍,那么企业的政治思想的觉悟高,该企业的各项工作必然符合社会要求,该企业也就自然是一个鹤立鸡群的企业;否则,该企业的内部工作将落后于其他企业,不利于企业自身的发展,同时也不利于国内经济的发展。所以,我们必须要尊重社会发展的客观规律,符合时代的要求,进一步加强企业政工干部队伍建设,提高企业的思想政治工作水平。本文首先阐述了加强企业政工干部队伍建设的重要性和必要性,然后详细分析了企业政工干部队伍建设中存在的主要问题,最后提出了几点关于如何加强企业政工干部队伍建设的具体措施和方法。
Since the 1980s, with the continuous progress of the reform and opening up in our country, the reforms within various enterprises have also been deepening, especially in the construction of contingent of cadres and workers of enterprises. However, with the continuous implementation of the 12th Five-year Plan of our country and the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, a series of comprehensive reform measures have been put forward under the new era. This has set higher demands on the construction of the contingent of political and military cadres in enterprises. Because, the enterprise’s contingent of political cadres is the core strength of the enterprise, which directly affects the progress of the enterprise’s political and ideological work, thus affecting the economic development of the enterprise. If an enterprise possesses a good contingent of cadres of enterprise and government, the political awareness of the enterprise is high and all the work of the enterprise must meet the requirements of the society. Therefore, the enterprise naturally becomes a standout enterprise; otherwise, the internal work of the enterprise Will lag behind other enterprises, is not conducive to their own development, but also not conducive to the development of the domestic economy. Therefore, we must respect the objective laws of social development, meet the requirements of the times, further strengthen the building of a contingent of political and military cadres in enterprises, and improve the ideological and political work of enterprises. This article first elaborates on the importance and necessity of strengthening the construction of the contingent of cadres and workers in enterprises, then analyzes in detail the main problems that exist in the construction of the contingent of cadres and workers in enterprises, and finally puts forward some concrete measures and methods on how to strengthen the construction of the cadres and workers in the government .
