上海惠工縫紉机厂所屬的三联翻砂厂原是个小厂,直接生产工人86人,厂房面积約500米~2,专門鑄造縫纫机車壳平板。在去年大跃进中,該厂采用軌道連續浇鑄法;解决了場地狹小、设备不足等問題。在今年的繼續跃进中,又作了进一步改进,并創造了单凸輪电动造型机,对提高产品質量、提高劳动生产率、降低成本、减輕劳动强度,都起了显著作用。現在把該厂創造的单凸輪电动造型机介紹如下,供各厂参考。 Shanghai Sanitary Sander Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shanghai Huigong Sewing Machine Factory, was originally a small factory. It directly produced 86 workers, and its workshop area was about 500 meters to 2 meters. It was specialized in casting flats for sewing machine shells. In last year’s Great Leap Forward, the plant adopted a continuous casting method for rails; it solved problems such as narrow space and insufficient equipment. In this year’s continued leap forward, we made further improvements, and created a single cam electric molding machine, which has played a significant role in improving product quality, increasing labor productivity, reducing costs, and reducing labor intensity.
