目的:观察中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法:60例病例均采用维生素C、肌苷、辅酶A、三磷酸腺苷、10%氯化钾以及中药银翘生脉饮、丹参注射液、黄芪注射液治疗。14天为1个疗程,最长治疗3个疗程。结果:所有病例经1～3个疗程治疗后,痊愈33例,好转22例,未见好转5例。总有效率为92%。结论:中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌为疗效好、费用低、无毒副作用。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of viral myocarditis. Methods: Sixty cases were treated with vitamin C, inosine, coenzyme A, adenosine triphosphate, 10% potassium chloride and Yinqiao Shengmai Yin, Danshen injection and Astragalus injection respectively. 14 days for a course of treatment, the longest course of treatment of 3 courses. Results: All cases were cured after 1 to 3 courses of treatment, 33 cases were cured, improved in 22 cases, no improvement in 5 cases. The total effective rate was 92%. Conclusion: The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for the treatment of viral myocardium is effective, low cost, non-toxic side effects.
