再燃条件下生物燃料及其焦还原NO特性研究

在固定床反应器模拟的再燃区内,采用棉秆、稻秆和污泥3种生物燃料及其焦进行还原NO的实验,考察生物燃料种类及再燃工况条件(再燃区O2浓度和温度)对NO还原率的影响,并对3种生物燃料还原NO过程中焦异相还原NO特性进行分析。结果表明:再燃条件下3种生物燃料均能有效对NO进行还原,实验条件下,棉秆、稻秆和污泥获得的最大NO还原率分别为86%、84%和56%,减小再燃区O2浓度、提高再燃区温度,生物燃料获得的NO还原率提高;生物燃料焦还原NO过程中,存在最佳再燃区O2浓度,使NO还原率达到最高;棉秆和稻秆还原NO过程中,焦对NO的异相还原反应起次要作用,而污泥还原NO过程中,焦对NO的异相还原反应起主要作用。 In the simulated reburning zone of fixed-bed reactor, three kinds of biofuels including cotton stalk, rice straw and sludge were used to reduce NO. The types of biofuels and the conditions of reburning conditions (O2 concentration and temperature in the reburning zone) On the reduction rate of NO, and analyzed the characteristics of the heterogeneous reduction of NO in the process of NO reduction by three kinds of biofuels. The results showed that all three kinds of biofuels could effectively reduce NO under the conditions of reburning. Under the experimental conditions, the maximum NO reduction rates of cotton stalks, rice straw and sludge were 86%, 84% and 56% The concentration of O2 and the temperature of the reburning zone increased, and the NO reduction rate obtained by biofuels increased. During the reduction of NO by biofuel coke, there existed the optimal O2 concentration in the re-combusting zone so as to achieve the highest NO reduction rate. During the reduction of NO by cotton stalks and rice straw , And coke plays a secondary role in the heterogeneous reduction of NO. During the reduction of NO by sludge, coke plays a major role in the heterogeneous reduction of NO.
