京新高速韩集段苏木山隧道开挖断面大,围岩软弱破碎,为全线重难点控制性工程。为解决隧道开挖施工过程中围岩稳定和提高施工速度,论文采用数值有限元法,模拟分析了隧道深埋段IV类围岩采用双侧壁导坑法、CD工法和上下台阶法的隧道变形与受力特点,对比分析了不同开挖工法的优缺点,为该隧道施工方案的比选提供了依据。研究结果显示:隧道深埋段IV类围岩条件下选择上下台阶法施工,不仅可保证隧道施工安全,而且可提高施工速度、降低施工成本。
