实验用乌拉坦麻醉、箭毒制动、人工呼吸的大鼠。将谷氨酸注入岛皮层(INS)以及将P物质(SP)注入外侧下丘脑/穹窿周围区(LH/PF)或室旁核均引起升压反应。INS-升压反应可被中央杏仁核(AC)内预先注射普鲁卡因或谷氨酸二乙酯(GDEE,谷氨酸拮抗剂)以及LH/PF内注射[D-Pro2,D-Phe7,D-TrP9](DPDPDT,SP拮抗剂)明显衰减,但LH/PF内GDEE预处理对该反应无明显影响。室旁核内预先注射普鲁卡因或DPDPDT也使INS-升压反应显著减小。鉴于我们的其它工作曾显示LH/PF和室分核都介导AC-升压反应,上述结果提示:INS通过兴奋AC(谷氨酸受体)进而激活LH/PF和室旁核(SP受体),是其升压反应机理的重要组成部分。
Experiment with urethane anesthesia, arrow poisoning brake, artificial respiration in rats. Injecting glutamate into the insular compartment (INS) and injection of substance P (SP) into the lateral hypothalamic / vault peripheral area (LH / PF) or paraventricular nucleus both cause a step-up response. The INS-boost reaction can be pre-injected with procaine or diethyl glutamate (GDEE, a glutamate antagonist) and LH / PF injection in the central amygdala (AC) [D-Pro2, D-Phe7 , D-TrP9] (DPDPDT, SP antagonist), but pretreatment with GDEE in LH / PF had no significant effect on this reaction. Pre-injection of procaine or DPDPDT in the paraventricular nucleus also significantly reduced the INS-boost response. In view of our other work showing that both LH / PF and ventricular nuclei mediate AC-boost reactions, the above results suggest that INS activates LH / PF and paraventricular nucleus (SP receptors) by stimulating AC (glutamate receptors) , Is an important part of its boosting reaction mechanism.
