目的检测子宫内膜癌组织中缺氧诱导因子(HIF)-1α和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)-D的表达,分析二者的关系及临床意义。方法63例确诊并行子宫内膜癌根治术的患者为观察组,19例子宫肌瘤行子宫全切的患者(留取子宫内膜)为对照组,均留取术后蜡块组织,应用免疫组化法检测HIF-1α和VEGF-D的表达。结果两组HIF-1α和VEGF-D表达的阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组HIF-1α和VEGF-D表达与肿瘤转移密切相关,HIF-1α表达与肿瘤浸润深度、肿瘤最大径、增殖指数密切相关。二者表达均与年龄无相关性。相关分析显示观察组HIF-1α和VEGF-D表达无相关性。结论子宫内膜癌中HIF-1α和VEGF-D表达升高可能与肿瘤淋巴结转移相关,HIF-1α表达与肿瘤侵袭性生长密切相关。
Objective To detect the expression of hypoxia inducible factor (HIF) -1α and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) -D in endometrial carcinoma and to analyze their relationship and clinical significance. Methods Sixty-three patients with concurrent endometrial cancer undergoing radical operation were selected as the observation group and 19 patients with uterine fibroids underwent hysterectomy (control group) Histochemistry was used to detect the expression of HIF-1α and VEGF-D. Results The positive rates of HIF-1α and VEGF-D in the two groups were significantly different (P <0.001). The expression of HIF-1α and VEGF-D in the observation group was closely related to tumor metastasis. The expression of HIF-1α was closely related to the depth of tumor invasion, the maximum diameter of tumor and the proliferation index. The two expressions are not related with age. Correlation analysis showed no correlation between the expression of HIF-1α and VEGF-D in the observation group. Conclusions The elevated expression of HIF-1α and VEGF-D in endometrial carcinoma may be related to tumor lymph node metastasis. The expression of HIF-1α is closely related to the invasiveness of tumor.
