工程项目采办是工程项目管理体系的重要组成部分,对提高工程项目的质量和水平具有极为重要的推动与促进作用,在工程项目采办过程中相关人员要注重商务谈判策略的科学制定和灵活运用,能够在减少企业升本投入的同时,不断提高企业的经营效益,实现收益目标最大化的根本目的,还可以为企业优质形象的树立与构建奠定坚实基础。基于此,本文以工程项目采办的重要性为主要出发点,分析工程项目采办过程中商务谈判的目标,并从精心做好准备工作、灵活运用谈判方案、科学应用价格策略三方面对工程项目采办过程中商务谈判策略进行着重探讨,为相关工作人员提供一定的借鉴经验。
