一、中职学校电气类专业教学现状中职学校的电气类专业教学在实践教学改革背景下暴露出了如下几点问题:一是,中职学校的教育理念相对落后。随着时代的发展,社会对人才的要求标准也在不断革新,中职学校的教育理念、目标设定等较为落后。课程设置依然是以理论课为主的模式,考核只是单纯的看理论课的分数,这样的教学模式和人才评定方式已然不适用于现如今人才的培养,容易造成学生与社会脱节,满足不了企业的需求。
