案例:中队里有个成缋不太好的学生,上课特别爱举手回答问题。可当老师真的让他回答问题时,他却常常回答不上来。当中队辅导员跟他谈话时,他说:“因为有些同学总笑话我学习成绩不好,我不服气,所以才抢着举手,想让大家知道我不笨。”于是,中队辅导员便与他订了一个秘密协议:“以后老师课堂提问时,如果你能回答这个问题,就举左手;如果你不能回答,就举右手。”从此以后,在课堂上,这个同学再也没有出现过站起来却回答不出问题的情况,学习兴趣提高了,学习成绩也就有了进步。
