实验用雄性大鼠进行,三个月月龄,体重200～220克。测定碱性磷酸酶(AP)前让动物禁食16小时。测定不照射对照,660伦照射,照前注射胱胺或5-甲氧色胺及单给放射防护剂不照射的大鼠血清AP活性,照射后或给药后第1、3、6、9、12和15天进行测定。实验动物受650伦全身照射,相当LD50/30左右。放射源为~(60)Co,剂量率83伦/分钟。照前10分钟腹腔注射盐酸胱胺50毫克/公斤
Experiments with male rats, three months old, weighing 200 to 220 grams. Animals were fasted for 16 hours prior to determination of alkaline phosphatase (AP). Determination of non-irradiated control, 660 Lun irradiation, before injection of cystamine or 5-methoxytryptamine and a single dose of radioprotectant serum AP activity in rats after irradiation or after administration of 1,3,6,9 , 12 and 15 days.
